?Does deciduous tooth need root canal therapy

Unlike people imagine, deciduous tooth like permanent tooth has pulp (blood vessel + nervation).

 

When milky tooth is caries and not restore in time, this caries develops and involves the neural pulp of the tooth, which can lead to severe pain, abscess or fistula. Depending on severity and duration of pulp involvement, tooth treatment is different. Treatment can be different from plutonomy to root canal therapy. If doctor determine that the tooth should be root canal therapy, parents should accept it because there is probability of emergency such as absecc or serve pain increases. Generally, recommended in the case of decay, treat it immediately, otherwise the progress if decay will make the treatment worse and cause heart to child. The pain after deciduous tooth root canal therapy is normal. Parents can use drugs that have an analgesic effect like Acetaminophen. In case of pain, call to child dentist.
